Welcome to the legal contract regarding the California gun law case. This contract is made and entered into on this day by and between the parties involved in the case.

Article 1 – Parties

This contract is entered into between the State of California, represented by the Attorney General, hereinafter referred to as “Party A”, and the defendant in the California gun law case, hereinafter referred to as “Party B”.
